INFORMATION AND ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT INFORMATION Article 5, clause 14 of the Constitution states, Everyone is
assured of access to information. There is no other legislation
extending this fundamental right to all individuals. Nor is there
any that grants investigative journalists access to public information.
