9. OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON THE CONTENT
OF INFORMATION
The Juvenile Justice Law (No. 7576) guarantees the right of
privacy to minors. Article 20 establishes that minors have the right
to be respected, as well as their family members. Therefore, it
is prohibited to divulge the identity of a minor. Article 21 mandates
that all information surrounding the alleged committed crime must
also be confidential.
