19. ANTITRUST LAWS LIMITING CAPITAL CONCENTRATION IN THE PRINT MEDIA

As pointed out earlier, Article 68 of the Constitution prohibits economic monopolies in the media or other sectors. In addition, the Law on Telecommunications and Postal Services prohibits practices that restrict free competition (Article 29).
