4. STATUS OF INTERNATIONAL TREATIES IN NATIONAL LAW

The Political Constitution states the following:

Article 133: ?This Constitution, the laws passed by the Congress of the Union and all the treaties that are in accordance with same entered into by the President of the Republic with the approval of the Senate shall be the Supreme Law of the entire Union. The judges in each state shall make laws and treaties conform to said Constitution, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary that there may be in the Constitutions and laws of the states.?
