e x i c o 9. OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON THE CONTENT
OF INFORMATION The Penal Code of the Federal District makes certain acts relating
to electoral propaganda punishable: Article 403: ?Subject to a fine of 10 to 100 days? pay and
