19. ANTITRUST LAWS LIMITING CAPITAL CONCENTRATION IN THE PRINT MEDIA

Recently approved, the so-called ?Law of Globalization of Incentives? contains some general provisions which prohibit agreements, alliances and mergers that adversely affect free competition or foment monopolies.

Art. 290 of the Constitution prohibits monopolistic practices.
