Desde el año 2009, ejerce la Primera Vicepresidencia de la Asociación Nacional de la Prensa (ANP) y promueve de manera activa la defensa de las libertades de prensa, de expresión y de opinión. Actualmente es también vicepresidente regional de la SIP para Bolivia. Profesional graduado en Multinacional Business Operations, Marketing y Finanzas en Florida State University.

He has been the First Vice-President of the National Press Association (ANP) since 2009. Actively promotes the defense of freedom of the press, freedom of expression, and freedom of opinion. He is also currently the regional vice president of the IAPA for Bolivia. He holds a degree in Multinational Business Operations, Marketing, and Finance from Florida State University.
